MOG GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a meticulous Merchandise Assistant to support outlet order planning, stock allocation, marketing operations, and brand performance analysis across our retail network.

You will collaborate with stores, suppliers, and marketing teams to ensure accurate stock levels, timely promotions, and consistent visual merchandising standards. You will prepare reports on product performance to inform merchandising decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail planning, or brand operations (optical, fashion, or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Strong analytical and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Assist in stock planning, replenishment, and inventory management across retail outlets.
• Monitor product movement and identify best-selling and slow-moving items.
• Support the execution of product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate with stores to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
• Prepare reports and analyse product and category performance to support merchandising decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, marketing, and retail operations to ensure smooth product availability.
• Assist in product sample management, photoshoots, promotional materials, and store merchandising activities.
• Perform invoice verification, data entry, and other merchandising administrative tasks.
