Job summary

MKA FOOD & BEVERAGES SDN BHD is seeking a Merchandiser Promoter to manage F&B product displays, stock levels, and merchandising at assigned outlets across the region.

You will engage with store staff and customers, demonstrate product benefits, ensure full stock and correct pricing materials, and report stock levels regularly. This role requires travel between outlets and physical fitness for standing and moving products.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM holder.
• Experience in merchandising or retail is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are fully stocked and shelves are not empty.
• Actively engage with customers to explain product benefits, conduct demonstrations or sampling.
• Check product expiry dates and remove near-expiry or damaged items.
• Place price tags and promotional materials correctly.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or out-of-stock items.
• Build good relationships with store staff.
• Follow company display guidelines and promotions.
• Submit basic daily or weekly sales and stock reports.

Working hours:

Merchandising Days: (Mon, Tues & Thurs - 10am to 7.00pm)

Sampling Days: (Fri, Sat & Sun - 11am to 8pm)

Off Day: Wed
