Job summary

Onitsuka Tiger in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Order Fulfilment professional to manage allocation, replenishment, and consolidation across channels. You will review seasonal PO trends, plan allocations for launches and bestsellers, and ensure timely fulfilment to meet launch dates.

Collaborate with Retail Ops, Logistics, Visual Merchandising, and regional Merchandising teams to optimize stock, run weekly replenishments, and provide insightful reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Retail Management preferred.
• 5-7 years in multi-channel retail with stock control, merchandising or allocation.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Passion for fashion.
• Experience with CEGID or NetSuite preferred.
• Strong numerical and data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Review trends and historical data for seasonal monthly PO orders.
• Formulate allocation plans for normal and peak trading periods for launches and best sellers.
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled to meet launch dates.
• Prepare weekly replenishments to all sales points at optimum stock capacity.
• Liaise with Retail Ops and Logistics on deliveries to POS.
• Conduct weekly reviews of sales and stock and bi-monthly consolidations.
• Share weekly updates with store teams on upcoming launches and focus items.
• Participate in monthly retail meetings.
• Create and review allocation/sales reporting templates to optimize processes.
• Conduct quarterly store visits and share insights with HQ/Retail Ops teams.
• Update SG assortment plan based on regional model master.
• Consolidate feedback for HQ feedback submissions and pre-PO placements.
• Manage end-to-end aged stock disposal with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Store Planning to optimize layouts.
• Provide assortment SKU plans for store renovations and new openings.

Job description

Order Fulfilment, Allocation, Replenishment and Consolidation

• Review and analyse trends and historical data for seasonal monthly PO orders
• Formulate allocation plans for normal and peak trading periods for new launches and best sellers based on store profiles
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner to meet launch dates
• Prepare weekly replenishments to all sales points at optimum store stock capacity within given timelines
• Liaise with retail operations and logistics teams on all deliveries to points of sale
• Conduct weekly reviews of sales and stock availability and perform bi-monthly consolidations
• Share weekly updates with store teams on upcoming item launches and focus items for the week
• Actively participate in monthly retail meetings
• Proactively create and review allocation/sales reporting templates to optimize processes and capture/provide accurate data
• Conduct quarterly store visits, manage feedback from stores using feedback templates, and share insights with Retail Operations and regional Merchandising teams
• Ensure SG assortment plan is updated based on regional model master
• Consolidate feedback from Retail Operations team for HQ feedback submissions and pre-PO placements
• Manage end-to-end aged stock disposal in collaboration with planning, operations, finance and warehouse teams for past season products
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Store Planning & Design teams to initiate and implement changes to merchandise layouts to maximize SKU and space productivity for SG stores
• Provide assortment SKU plans for store renovations and new openings

Seasonal Changeover and New Collection Launch

• Ensure marketing stocks are fulfilled and launched in a timely manner for Visual Merchandising and store changeovers
• Coordinate and inform Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising teams on launch plans
• Liaise with Retail Operations team on SKU and stock capacity and initiate stock movements (returns/transfers)
• Conduct seasonal product introductions in partnership with retail trainers and prepare training materials

Markdown Operation

• Plan and ensure markdown alignment with company markdown policy and ensure POS system reflects approved markdown rates accordingly
• Align with Retail Operations team on the percentage of full-priced and markdown merchandise in stores
• Allocate markdown stocks to sales points to meet stores' targeted revenue and stock capacity while phasing out stocks from full-price stores
• Prepare monthly aging inventory reports by categories and develop aged stock liquidation plans

Stocktake

• Plan and participate in stocktakes with Retail Operations team and ensure replenishment to sales points is not disrupted
• Liaise with Logistics team on deliveries to sales points during stocktake periods
• Liaise with Retail Operations and Finance departments on adjustments in backend and POS systems

E-Commerce/Digital Team

• Upload monthly activations and deactivations (if required) to ensure online collections are aligned with stores
• Manage product catalogues prior to each new season to ensure information accuracy
• Engage and support customer enquiries/requests from 3rd party vendors regarding product availability and product specifications
• Provide updates on new launches in monthly meetings

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary education; Diploma in Retail Management is preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in a multi-channel retail environment, with experience in stock control, merchandising, or stock allocation
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Passion for fashion
• Knowledge of relevant systems and applications such as CEGID/NetSuite is preferred
• Highly numerate with strong data analytical skills to identify trends and spot problems
