Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Lead MEP Project Manager to drive data centre and mission-critical facility projects from planning to completion. You will develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers in Malaysia.

The role requires at least 7 years of PM experience in MEP and data centres, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and willingness to be based in Banting, Bukit Jalil, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related engineering.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in PM for Data Centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction project management.
• Hands-on experience from construction to testing, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved.
• Manage construction activities, including installation, testing & commissioning, handover, and project closeout.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical solutions to support project delivery.
• Prepare project documentation, proposals, and procurement requirements.
