Job summary

LONGMOTIVE (M) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data center facilities in Malaysia. You will manage schedules, budgets, and EPC coordination across all MEP trades, with a focus on quality, safety, and on-time commissioning.

Responsibilities include document reviews, risk management, change orders, and progress reporting; travel to site meetings and visits as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and relevant field required.
3+ years of MEP project management experience required.
Proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft software.
Willing to be stationed in Johor Bahru or KL Banting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with trades, consultants, and contractors to ensure project completion.
Review project documents for compliance with company standards.
Manage all MEP schedules, budgets, and estimates.
Coordinate MEP resources internally and externally.
Develop Mechanical and Electrical plans.
Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
Manage change orders and contract modifications.
Prepare progress reports and status updates.
Conduct project meetings and site visits.
Quality assurance/quality control of MEP systems.
Commissioning of MEP systems.
