Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an MEP Drafting Engineer to prepare IFC design packages for electrical and mechanical systems under guidance of engineering personnel. You will conduct clash detection, produce coordinated drawings, and support MEP BOQ preparation.

Responsibilities include developing as-built drawings from installation measurements and collaborating with subcontractors, MEP engineers, QA/QC, safety engineers, and procurement to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency certificate in Revit BIM modeling software
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction or consulting firm

Responsibilities

• Prepare IFC design packages for electrical and mechanical systems under guidance of relevant Engineering personnel
• Conduct complete clash detection & produce coordinated drawings
• Support preparation of MEP BOQs
• Develop as-built drawings by conducting actual installation measurements
• Work with subcontractors, MEP Engineers, QAQC, Safety engineers & Vertiv procurement team

Power/Mechanical knowledge

Revit BIM modeling

Code knowledge (electrical/mechanical)
