Job summary

BD Malaysia seeks a multiskilled Technical Support Specialist to resolve complex issues, perform remote troubleshooting, and dispatch field technicians as needed. The role focuses on two core products and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You will support BD’s service and field operations, collaborating across teams to ensure timely resolutions while maintaining data quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or Information Systems, or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience (3+ Years) and familiarity with server/desktop administration.
• CompTIA A+ or N+ preferred; strong ability to communicate technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and field support to BD’s dispensing customers.
• Resolve complex, time-sensitive, high-risk issues, including customer escalations.
• Document case notes clearly; provide progress updates to customers.
