Johnson & Johnson in Malaysia is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to advance scientific exchange with leading physicians, pharmacists, and hospital leaders across Malaysia and Brunei. Responsibilities

Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) will be responsible for maximizing company product value through high scientific quality communication with leading specialists on a peer-to-peer basis in Malaysia and Brunei.
Through activities in line with the Medical Affairs Plan, the MSL is jointly responsible for the realization of short-term and long-term company goals.
MSLs are expected to be a therapeutic area scientific expert, responsible for discussing our products, patients' treatment trends and studies in the therapeutic areas in which we are involved, on a peer-to-peer basis with defined audience of Leading Specialists (Physicians, Pharmacists, Hospital Managers, Board Members of Scientific Societies, and other stakeholders) and to be considered a trusted scientific counterpart.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs/MSL experience with strong field medical capabilities.
Experience in Haematology preferred , but open to candidates from Oncology, Rare Diseases, Specialty Care, Immunology, or PAH.
Strong scientific acumen with experience engaging external experts and delivering scientific exchange.
Experience executing/supporting activities such as KOL engagement, advisory boards, medical education, congresses, and insight gathering.
High learning agility and ability to work independently in a field-based role.
Candidates must have strong sc ientific credibility, stakeholder engagement skills, field medical experience, and learning agility. Direct Haematology or PAH experience is desirable but not essential for candidates with strong Medical Affairs foundations in adjacent specialty areas.
