Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with doctors, clinics and pharmacies.
• Present and explain healthcare and nutraceutical products.
• Follow up promptly on company-generated enquiries.
• Arrange appointments and conduct regular customer visits.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales from existing accounts.
• Develop new clinic, pharmacy, and healthcare-professional accounts.
• Plan weekly customer-visitation schedules.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Existing Clinic Accounts and Qualified Leads Provided

Basic salary: RM3,500-RM4,500 per month, depending on experience
Additional earnings: Sales commission and performance incentives
Territory: Klang Valley or Selangor
Work arrangement: Field-based with home-start flexibility
Current Monday meeting location: Puncak Alam
Future office location: Setia Alam Sales branch, expected operational December, 2026.

About the position

Inno Asia Distribution Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian healthcare company specialising in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products for healthcare professionals.

We are looking for a Medical Sales Executive to manage existing clinic and pharmacy accounts, follow up on qualified enquiries generated by the company online enquiry and develop new customers within an assigned territory.

Unlike a completely cold-start sales position, this role provides an existing customer base, company-generated leads, product training and marketing support.

What you will receive

• Basic salary of RM3,500-RM4,500 per month ( Basic RM3,500-RM4,500 + average monthly commission of RM1000-RM4,000, with no commission cap.)
• Existing doctor, clinic and pharmacy accounts.
• Qualified leads generated through company marketing (to secure new accounts)
• Product and sales training provided.
• Marketing materials and ongoing team support
• Field-based flexibility with only one scheduled office meeting each week
• Opportunities to develop your own customer portfolio and grow with the company

Your responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned doctors, clinics and pharmacies
• Present and explain the company’s healthcare and nutraceutical products

Who should apply

Experienced candidates

• Previous experience in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinic or nutrition sales
• Existing healthcare-industry relationships will be an advantage

Junior candidates and fresh graduates

• Diploma or degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or another science-related discipline
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a healthcare sales career
• Sales and product training will be provided

Requirements

• Self-motivated, responsible and comfortable working independently
• Willing to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Own transport and a valid driving licence
• Comfortable working towards monthly sales targets
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, email and WhatsApp
• Bahasa Malaysia and English communication skills

Working arrangement

This is a field-sales position with home-start flexibility.

You will attend the office every Monday for the weekly sales meeting, product training and territory planning. On other working days, you may start directly from home and travel to scheduled customer appointments within your assigned territory.

The current Monday meeting location is Puncak Alam. The company expects its sales and marketing office to relocate to Setia Alam around December, 2026-Jan. 2027.
