Job summary

Servier is seeking a Medical Product Specialist in Malaysia to promote ethical, market-leading products to general practitioners, healthcare professionals and pharmacists. You will drive territorial sales targets through strategic promotional activities and CME programs, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, present clinical value, and translate science into patient care benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or science graduate required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Medical Sales or similar role is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, selling and communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive and target-oriented with sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Promote ethical, market-leading products to general practitioners, healthcare professionals and pharmacists.
• Achieve territorial sales and growth targets through promotional and sales activities.

Medical Product Specialist

The primary responsibility of theMedical Product Specialistis to promote our ethical, market leading products to general practitioners, healthcare professionals and pharmacists.

OurMedical Product Specialistswill be accountable in achieving territorial sales and growth target by implementing promotional and sales strategies. They will also ensure consistent implementation of Quality Calls, Promotional Activities and Continuing Medical Education of our partner doctors

Candidate Profile

You may be a good fit for this role if you:

Hold aBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, science graduate or para-medical professional. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.

If you are a non-science graduate, you haveat least 3 years’ experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in a similar commercial role (an added advantage)

Are aself-driven and proactive achieverwith a strong interest in sales and marketing

Arehighly motivated and target-oriented, with a proven track record in achieving sales objectives

Demonstratestrong negotiation and selling skills, with the ability to influence and persuade

Areresilient and adaptable, able to perform consistently in a dynamic and competitive environment
