Job summary

Westports Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a qualified physician to provide basic medical services to patients (adult & pediatric) in a GP-style clinic, review X-rays and reports, and ensure SOP compliance within guidelines.

You will work with clinic administration to run the clinic smoothly, perform basic procedures, and handle ad-hoc tasks. Must be MMC-registered (APC) with indemnity, and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; 2+ years' experience required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience using MS Excel for data analysis and MS PowerPoint for presentation.
• Malaysian candidate with Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) from a recognized institution.
• MMC registration, valid APC, and medical indemnity insurance.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and rapport with patients.
• Ability to work independently on shift with minimal guidance.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic medical services to patients (adult & pediatric) following KKM guidelines.
• Perform basic surgical procedures.
• Review X-rays, blood reports and other medical documents.
• Ensure SOP, regulatory and medical protocol compliance.
• Collaborate with clinic administration for smooth clinic operation.

• Able to perform basic surgical procedures.
• To review X-rays, blood report and other relevant, medical documents.

Skills &Requirements:

• Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC), possesses a valid Annua Practicing Certificate (APC) and own medical indemnity insurance.

• Demonstrate strong inter-personal communication skills & maintain good rapport with patients.
• Able to work independently on shift with minimum guidance.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
