Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a Quality Control Operator or similar role in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality control principles and acceptance criteria for medical/manufacturing products.
• Proficiency with QC testing equipment and basic laboratory tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation habits.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections and functional tests of medical products throughout manufacturing.
• Operate and maintain QC testing equipment with proper calibration.
• Record and document inspection results, test data and quality metrics.
• Investigate defects and non-conformities; escalate to QA for corrective actions.
• Perform sampling and testing per QC plans and procedures.
• Assist in implementing QC procedures and continuous improvement.
• Maintain clean, organized work environment meeting health and safety standards.
• Communicate quality concerns with production teams and resolve issues.
• Prepare QC reports and contribute to audits and reviews.
