Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with 2+ years in project management.
• 2+ years of leadership in content creation context.
• Strong medical or science background.
• Higher degree in life sciences preferred.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work across time zones and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Content Creation Subchapter members across regions.
• Coordinate content creation activities and resources for high customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent aligned with the function.
• Foster continuous learning, innovation, and content excellence.
• Drive embedding of the new operating model and agile collaboration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with chapters, subchapters, and teams.
• Provide recommendations to enhance service quality and governance.
• Engage stakeholders to promote content creation value within Roche.
