Job summary

Businesslist seeks a seasoned medical writer to lead a team of scientific writers and content specialists, developing and overseeing medical and scientific materials that support business goals. You will transform briefs into high-quality deliverables, contribute scientific expertise during pitches, ensure accuracy and timely delivery, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical writing, scientific communications, medical affairs or healthcare communications.
• Demonstrated team management or people management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Guide, mentor and develop a team of scientific writers and content specialists.
• Develop, review and oversee a broad range of medical and scientific communication materials.
• Create compelling scientific narratives and healthcare communication strategies tailored to business goals
• Work cross functionally to tackle briefs and transform them into high-quality scientific deliverables.
• Proposal development and contribute scientific expertise during business pitches and presentations.
• Ensure scientific accuracy, quality standards and timely project delivery.
• Act as a scientific partner to both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of developments across therapy areas and healthcare trends to maintain content relevance and scientific integrity.
