Overview

Are you detail-oriented, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to work night shifts? As a Medical Claims Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth hospital admission and discharge process while providing clear and professional support to patients and healthcare providers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Accurately process hospital admissions and discharges based on the customers’ health insurance policies and in accordance to the Company’s SOP.
• Reading and understanding admission and discharge related notes and reports.
• Follow through and communicate with customers and panel hospitals pertaining to admissions and discharges.
• Deal with all service requests, queries, and instruction promptly, accurately and within the company’s specified time frames.

What We’re Looking For

• A Degree holder, preferably with a science background.
• Candidates with relevant working experience at Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) or customer service will be given priority.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Working Hours: 7.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m. (Night shift - 4 days' work week, off days on either Sunday - Tuesday or Thursday - Saturday).
