Job summary

Poliklinik My Dr is seeking a qualified nurse to join the clinical team in Malaysia. You will support doctors during consultations and procedures, provide nursing care within your scope of practice, and help maintain efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Medical Assistant and be registered with the Nursing Board Malaysia with an APC where applicable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Assistant from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Nursing Board Malaysia and a current APC where applicable.
• Relevant nursing experience, preferably in a general practice, primary-care or outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during patient consultations, examinations and clinical procedures.
• Take and accurately record vital signs and observations.
• Prepare patients and clinical equipment for examinations and procedures.
• Perform blood taking and other clinical procedures within competency.
• Prepare treatment rooms and medical equipment.
• Medication preparation and dispensing under supervision.
• Maintain patient records and ClinicSys documentation.
• Monitor clinic stock and medical supplies.
• Support registration, patient flow and clinic operations as required.
