• Pre‑certify cases for Additional Top Up guarantee letters.
• Lead the team and manage rostering and operational needs.
• Ensure accurate issuance of guarantee letters within target timelines.
• Achieve team target savings benchmarks.
• Mentor and guide team leaders and assessors.
• Participate in analysis and audits for cost savings.
