Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia is seeking a skilled fitter to perform precise fitting, assembly and installation of mechanical components, sub-assemblies and modules in line with engineering drawings and SOPs.

You will ensure alignment, fit tolerances and smooth operation of assembled units, maintain 5S practices on the shop floor, and collaborate with engineers and technicians to meet production targets and project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical fitting and assembly to engineering drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and SOPs.
• Commitment to safety and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise fitting, assembly, and installation of mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and modules according to drawings and work instructions.
• Ensure proper alignment, fitting tolerances, and smooth operation of assembled units.
• Install and integrate mechanical systems in accordance with project and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation and adhere to safety rules.
