VAT Group in Malaysia is seeking a Design Engineer (Mechatronics) to lead product controller design and customization across the life cycle of valve series. You will support design validation, troubleshooting, and continual improvement of product standards.

You will collaborate with HQ engineers and field teams, develop innovative solutions, and document specifications and procedures to maintain best practices in Product Engineering.

Qualificações

• Master's or PhD in Electrical/Mechatronics engineering.
• Read and understand circuit diagrams and electrical drawings.
• Experience with LabVIEW, Beckhoff, Python, C# or PLC programming.
• Strong communication in English and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Industrialization-design of new or redesigned products in Malaysia.
• Manage controller components (hardware, software, configuration) for new products.
• Prepare BOMs and software packages for controller customization.
• Support production in electrical/electronic hardware and software topics.
• Collaborate with test labs for product qualification and testing.
• Document findings, specifications, designs and procedures.
