Job summary

Kanry Search in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia seeks a Production Technician (Mechatronics & Robotics) for the Front End Assembly team on a 1-year contract with full-time benefits. The role offers a basic salary of RM2,200–RM3,000 plus RM300 fixed allowance, with shift rotation and opportunities for permanent placement.

Responsibilities include assembling mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical components, reading BOMs and schematics, wiring boards, performing inspections, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic or mechatronics engineering.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience encouraged.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts and in a cleanroom with ESD/PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and support mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical components for equipment.
• Read BOMs and engineering drawings.
• Perform electrical wiring and board assembly.
• Inspect components, identify defects and document issues.
• Support production activities including labeling, kitting and packaging.
• Follow SOPs, safety, cleanroom, ESD and PPE requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records.
