Job summary

FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (DL – PENANG) SDN BHD in Penang is seeking fresh graduates holding a diploma in Mechatronics or Electrical & Electronics. You will troubleshoot and debug failed products or PCBAs, diagnose test failures, and verify repairs while documenting results.

You will also support production and quality issue resolution, escalate complex issues to engineers, and adhere to quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures to contribute to yield improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders with Mechatronics or E&E background.
• Fundamental troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Documentation of repair and test results.
• Ability to follow quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
• Willingness to support production and quality issue resolution.
