Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN VERSATILE RISING SDN BHD is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and verify components for UHP gas purification systems. You will create 3D models, 2D drawings, and engineering docs while collaborating with electrical and controls teams to ensure integrated, robust designs.

You will perform simulations, stress analyses, and design calculations, and support prototype assembly, testing, and verification to meet stringent quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP ERP, BOMs, routings, and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with good decision-making skills.
• Able to work with employees and management at all levels.
• Experience with SolidWorks 3D CAD and 2D drawings.
• DraftSight / AutoCAD 2D CAD experience is an added advantage.
• Proactive mindset with an interest in innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for UHP gas purification systems.
• Select and size mechanical components based on performance, safety, and design requirements.
• Create 3D models, 2D drawings, design procedures, and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with electrical and controls teams to integrate mechanical designs.
• Perform simulations, stress analysis, design calculations, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare technical documents, specifications, engineering reports, and test records.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure components meet quality and design standards.
• Support prototype assembly, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
