Arup Jururunding Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced mechanical design professional to contribute to hands-on concept and detailed mechanical design for data center projects, deliver design calculations, drawings and specifications, and support project and team administration.

You will work with clients and professionals with minimal supervision, develop relationships with industry networks, manage small project teams, and apply knowledge of local and international codes.

Formación

• Recognized tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum six years of detailed mechanical design experience in an engineering consultancy.
• Experience with Data Center design projects is preferred.
• Membership of professional institutions or credit towards membership eligibility.

The Opportunity

• Hands on concept and detailed Mechanical design for a range of projects including Data Center.
• Provide design calculations, drawings and specifications.
• Project and team administration duties as well as producing project related correspondence and reports.
• Work directly with clients and other professionals with minimal supervision. Develop and maintain good relationships with industry networks, clients, government agencies, sub-consultants and construction contractors relevant to the MEP team’s activities.
• Management of small project teams where you will endeavor to develop and administer project monitoring, control mechanisms, and deliver quality work within the MEP team.
