Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking an Execution Engineer to industrialize engineering concepts and coordinate work packages from Implementation Release through Team Release, ensuring alignment with customer, regulatory, and Bosch processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
• Up to 2 years of experience in similar roles, or up to 3 years in related fields.
• Experience in designing mechanical components for consumer goods, appliances, automotive, or industrial products.
• Exposure to metal/plastic component manufacturing processes, especially injection molding.
• Exposure to electronics is added advantage.
• Experience in applying and integrating AI tools to enhance engineering processes.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong capability to convert technical requirements into optimized design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Industrialize Engineering Concept and coordinate Engineering Execution work packages from Implementation Release through Team Release phases.
• Design, develop, and organize testing/verification/validation of the product based on requirements.
• Execute tests, evaluate results against defined criteria, and deliver complete documentation and final reports using state-of-the-art test methods.
• The Execution Engineer leads project development and technical realization activities for new product development.
• The role ensures that product meets customer, regulatory, and technical requirements while complying with Bosch processes and the Product Innovation Framework (PIF).
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams and quality warranty teams on technical changes/improvements and BOM updates.
• Participate in project workshops (e.g., FMEA, problem solving) as required.
