Agensi Pekerjaan People Pathfinders Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design, product assembly, and documentation for semiconductor equipment projects in Penang.

The role involves troubleshooting, experiments, and collaboration with engineers and stakeholders to drive product improvements. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics, 3+ years’ experience, CAD/ERP skills (SolidWorks, Navision/EPICOR), and English/Mandarin proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the engineering field.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Navision, EPICOR or equivalent.
• Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, ANSYS or equivalent.
• Familiar with programming tools such as C, C++ and LabVIEW will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with CNC machining will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical design and product assembly.
• Analyse technical problems and develop effective solutions.
• Conduct experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
• Estimate project budgets, costs, and timelines.
• Prepare technical documentation and engineering drawings.
