Job summary

TF AMD in Malaysia is seeking an Inventory Specialist to reconcile data across CAMSTAR, INCA, and customer systems, and to conduct weekly, monthly, and yearly audits.

You will fix data fallout in SAP/INCA, perform UAT to enhance CAMSTAR/SAP/INCA, review customer specs, and drive efficiency while meeting KPIs. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation by comparing data in CAMSTAR versus INCA, or customer data versus CAMSTAR data
• Perform weekly, monthly, and yearly inventory audits
• Fix fallout in the SAP/INCA system
• Perform UAT to enhance the CAMSTAR/SAP/INCA systems
• Review specs released by the customer
• Drive continual improvement in area efficiency and effectiveness
• Meet all KPIs, goals, and objectives set by management and the customer
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
