Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology seeks a Materials Program Manager in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia. The role aligns sales demand with supplier capacity, manages MRP-driven BOMs, and supports NPI transfers to stabilize inventory and on-time delivery.

You will lead a 5-person team, coordinate with US counterparts, and drive cost objectives while ensuring supply continuity for complex programs and product transfers.

Qualifications

• B.S. in business, purchasing, materials, distribution, supply chain management, or related discipline.
• Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 to support production volume and transfer NPIs.
• Coordinate demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.
• Forecasts and communicates engineering, materials and manufacturing requirements; perform make/buy analyses.
• Develop supplier prices and delivery negotiations; assess supplier performance.
• Create and update project materials strategy; drive cost targets.
