Job summary

ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks a Senior Materials/Procurement Specialist in Penang to lead a small team and align demand from Sales with capacities across assembly sites.

You will manage MRP-driven material plans, coordinate with engineering and suppliers, and drive cost and delivery targets for high-purity gas delivery systems. Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor wafer fab equipment (WFE) environment.
• B.S. in business, purchasing, materials, distribution, or supply chain management; Masters preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to forecast and coordinate supplier demand with production plans.
• Experience with cost objectives and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of about 5 to support production volume and NPI transfers.
• Communicate materials requirements with internal/external customers and suppliers.
• Perform make/buy analyses to guide outsourcing decisions.
• Coordinate demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.
• Drive KPI development for materials and supplier performance.
• Develop road maps for supplier and commodity strategies with engineering.
