Job summary

Shell is offering an APAC Material Planning internship in Kuala Lumpur to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations for lubricants. You will support raw material planning activities and work with regional planners to ensure timely availability of inputs across markets.

The role includes invoicing support, inventory monitoring, data analysis for forecasting, and preparing KPI reports, with opportunities to network and grow in a dynamic energy company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support Base Oil Invoicing Activities.
• Assist in monitoring raw material inventory levels and replenishment plans.
• Support data analysis for demand forecasting and supply planning.
• Collaborate with regional planners and suppliers to resolve material availability issues.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for planning performance and KPIs.
