Job summary

SLB in Malaysia is seeking a warehouse operative to perform daily warehousing tasks including receiving, picking, kitting, and shipping with strong HSE compliance. You will manage stock in SAP, conduct cycle counts, and maintain clean, organized bins to ensure safe, smooth production flow.

Requirements include at least 2 years in manufacturing, SPM level, and basic English/Bahasa Malaysia literacy. Forklift experience and good health are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have basic literacy in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be physically fit and able to operate forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label and stock component parts.
• Pick and issue to manufacturing line and kitting.
• Preserve and pack finished goods and ensure proper handling.
• Maintain stock accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Uphold HSE standards and housekeeping.

Job description

To perform daily warehousing activities i.e. receiving, picking and kitting, shipping in very smooth manner with high HSE standard.

• Receiving, physical parts inspection, labelling and stocking of component parts.
• Picking and issuing to manufacturing line.
• Preservation and packing of finished goods.
• Ensure proper incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure proper control of stock in the SAP system.
• Conduct daily cycle counting and support periodic physical count.
• Maintain high level of housekeeping, optimize bin location storage to improve efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance to all health, safety and environment policies.

Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing environment experience

Possess at least SPM level, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Able to read and write simple English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate.
• Good physical health with good working attitude and discipline.
• Forklift driving skills.
