Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a detail‑oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing Operations team. You will build, test, and deploy email campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage, translate designs into pixel‑perfect emails, and manage landing pages and campaigns with best practices for deliverability and compliance.

The role requires strong Marketo execution skills, HTML/CSS know‑how, and collaboration with design, content, and campaign teams to drive high‑performing email programs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience building and executing campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage or other automation platforms
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for email rendering and cross‑client compatibility
• Experience with email testing tools and deliverability concepts
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL compliance is preferred

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns within Marketo Engage
• Create responsive email templates and landing pages using Marketo editor
• Convert designs into pixel‑accurate, cross‑client emails
• Manage campaigns, forms, and reusable components to speed production
• Set up Smart Campaigns, Smart Lists, and nurture sequences
• Monitor performance, deliverability, and QA of emails
• Collaborate with design/content/campaign teams to gather requirements
• Ensure correct tracking links and UTM parameters in assets
