Job description

To assist Marketing to submit case, to do follow up when Credit request further documents or unable to contact hirer and appeal for rejected cases.

To assist Marketing to follow up pending documents for disbursement, or unable to contact hirer to confirm agreement mailing address.

To interact with dealers to maintain good relationship and smooth progress in daily’s workflow.

To assist Marketing in any relevant communications with dealers for speedier results.

To prepare dealers reports on a monthly basis for Marketing to further discussion on improvement.
