Job summary

TotalEnergies Marketing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive planning, activation and tracking of marketing campaigns, channel plans, events and digital initiatives to support business growth.

You will work with sales to manage workshop marketing, coordinate with agencies and suppliers, gather market intelligence, ensure branding consistency, and lead ATL/BTL/Digital initiatives across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level.
• Technical skills: Strategic Marketing, Strategic Thinking, Analytical Skill.
• Behavioral: Trade & Channel Marketing, Influencing & Negotiation.
• Language: English (Spoken & Written) & Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken & Written).
• Knowledge: Trade & Channel Marketing.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years Marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, activate and track marketing campaigns, channel plans, events and digital campaigns to support business growth.
• Handle workshop management on business plan, incentives and reporting with the sales team.
• Liaise with agencies and suppliers on all marketing activities.
• Gather market intelligence and propose new opportunities via market visits to ensure consistent implementation.
• Ensure consistent branding across all materials developed for lubricants campaigns.
• Plan and activate all marketing initiatives (ATL/BTL/Digital) in Malaysia to support sales growth.
• Track and monitor marketing spending; provide monthly A&P budget reporting and commentary.
• Support achievement of sales volume and operating income targets.
• Strategize and grow branded workshops of PCMO (Quartz Auto Service).
• Ensure workshop campaigns and incentives reporting are carried out smoothly and timely.
• Monitor EOL contracts and QAS status.
• Adhere to HSEQ policies, code of conduct and competition law.

Job description

The Marketing Specialist, Workshop position is responsible for :

• Know, respect and ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct.
• Handle segment of Direct Workshop, KA, OEM
• Key role in planning, activating and tracking on marketing/brand campaigns, channel plans, events, digital campaigns and etc to support business growth
• Handle workshop management on business plan, incentives & reporting and work closely with sales team
• Liaising and networking with agencies and suppliers on all Marketing related activities
• Gather market intelligence and propose new way to capitalized on any new opportunities in view of market and competitor movement by carrying out periodic market visits to ensure the consistency in implementation
• Responsible for consistent branding look and feel across all communications materials develops for lubricants campaign.
• Custodian of EOL
• Plan and activate all Marketing initiative (ATL/BTL/Digital) in Malaysia to support sales growth
• Track and monitor all marketing related spending as per allocated budget. Provide monthly reporting and commenting on the A&P budget spending vs allocation.
• To support the achievement of sales volume and UGMVC (Operating income targets)
• Strategize and grow branded workshops of PCMO (Quartz Auto Service)
• Ensure workshop channel campaigns & incentives plans sales reporting are carried out smoothly & timely
• Ensure tracking and monitoring of EOL contract, QAS status and etc
• Strictly ensure adherence and implementation of HSEQ policies, guidelines and requirements for self, team members and others including customer, vendors and contractors.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, code of conduct and competition law

Qualification level required for the position :

Level 6 = Bachelor’s or equivalent level
