Job summary

Roche Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Partner to drive strategic marketing for Molecular and Infectious Diagnostics. You will identify opportunities, shape campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the Diagnostics portfolio.

The role requires 4+ years in marketing or product strategy within IVD or Life Sciences, with strong communication and analytical skills and a track record of delivering market-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing, product management, or commercial strategy within In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or Life Sciences.
• Expertise in Molecular Diagnostics (PCR, NGS) essential; microbiology and tissue diagnostics preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for clinicians, pathologists, and executives.
• Track record of driving complex, high-pressure projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop market strategy including segmentation, positioning, branding, messaging, PR/communications, pricing strategy, and rollout.
• Develop yearly Marketing Plan outlining strategies and initiatives for the products.
• Laboratory KOL management and development; strategic partnerships with vendors and medical associations.
• Portfolio management including inventory and lifecycle management of instruments and reagents; support in quality issues and campaigns.
• Provide field support with customer presentations, market intelligence, and sales arguments; update product information.
