As the Assistant Manager of Marketing Operations, you will lead the development of SOPs, drive process transformation and automation and manage marketing projects from planning through execution. This includes analyzing JIRA projects for resource requirements, ensuring efficient task allocation, and maintaining operational excellence across all marketing initiatives.
Beyond operational leadership, you will also contribute to ideation and improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience — ensuring that every campaign and system enhancement delivers not only efficiency but also measurable impact to customer satisfaction and engagement.
A core part of your responsibility is to manage resource plans, monitor delivery timelines, and optimize workflows that support both short-term marketing priorities and long-term business growth strategies. You will ensure every project runs seamlessly — on time, on target, and with excellence.
