About the role

We are seeking a Marketing & Operations Executive to join JOYX (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting both our marketing and operational functions. As a Marketing & Operations Executive, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our marketing initiatives and day-to-day operational delivery, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and programmes whilst maintaining operational excellence. Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across multiple channels
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and deliverables
• Assist in planning and organising marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities
• Monitor and track marketing campaign performance, collecting data and generating reports for analysis
• Manage administrative tasks and operational workflows to support the marketing department
• Handle scheduling, vendor coordination, and logistics for marketing initiatives
• Maintain marketing databases and ensure accurate record-keeping of campaign activities
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project status
• Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing and operational processes

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing support, operations, or a similar role
• Strong organisational and project management skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
