A telecommunications company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies and manage campaigns. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in the smartphone or AIOT industry, proven leadership skills, and fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin. Developing marketing strategies for advertising new products
Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries
Leading and motivating teams of Marketing Associates, and assisting in GTM planning/activities
Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
Identify new or maintain existing collaboration with KOLs, brands, agencies to enhance brand perception and awareness
Manage marketing budgets and getting necessary approvals from the Country Manager
Manage full-cycle marketing campaigns, online and offline Brainstorming advertising ideas with marketing team
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Management or relevant courses
At Least 5 years of experience as Marketing Manager in Smartphone/Mobile & Telecommunications, AIOT Industry
Proven experience in Leading and Managing teams
Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin Fluently to communicate effectively with multiple parties
