Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead Johra Jewels’ marketing strategy and campaign execution.

The successful candidate will plan and manage marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal departments, monitor budgets, analyse campaign performance, and strengthen the company’s brand presence across retail and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with company sales targets.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, festive launches, events, and product launches.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time.
• Coordinate marketing activities across showrooms, social media, digital advertising, WhatsApp, events, and other channels.
• Ensure all marketing materials follow Johra Jewels’ brand standards.

Team & Project Management

• Lead and guide the marketing team, including content, design, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
• Work closely with Sales, Showroom Operations, Product, Finance, and Management.
• Monitor campaign progress, deadlines, and team deliverables.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, media partners, and event organisers.

Budget & Performance

• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget.
• Track campaign expenses and ensure spending is properly controlled.
• Measure campaign performance, including leads, showroom visits, sales conversion, engagement, customer acquisition cost, and return on advertising spend.
• Prepare monthly and post-campaign reports with recommendations for improvement.

Market Research

• Monitor jewellery market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and seasonal opportunities.
• Recommend new campaigns and promotional strategies to improve brand awareness and sales.
• Identify opportunities to attract new customers and retain existing customers.
