Job summary

Succeo Retail is seeking a versatile marketer responsible for growing our inbound sales channels and strengthening our brand across online and offline channels. You will steer campaigns, manage promotions, and support retail and e-commerce initiatives with a focus on consistent brand messaging.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a marketing diploma or higher, and strong English writing. On-site work at our Kota Damansara location is expected, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Marketing/Commerce or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Knowledge of pricing and product placement.
• Creative ability to craft retail/e-commerce campaigns.
• Strong written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Marketing calendar with national and localized promotions.
• Oversee ATL & BTL collaterals for retail and online channels.
• Lead Digital Marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate press releases, print media, events, PR and collaborations.
• Conduct market intelligence, research and reporting.
• Supervise the Retail Mall A&P team.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

You will be the key person in:

Manage Marketing calendar with national and localized promotional activities.

Manage Marketing ATL & BTL Collaterals for Retail and Online channels.

Manage Digital Marketing.

Manage press release, print media, events, PR and joint collaboration.

Manage market intelligence, research and report.

Manage retail Mall A&P team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Knowledge of product pricing and placement.

Creativity to generate new marketing strategies and campaigns for retail and e-commerce.

Highly proficient in English, expressive and good writing ability.
