We are seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Manager to join AMALEENA JEWEL SDN BHD in Bandar Baru Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in driving our marketing initiatives and building our brand presence in the jewellery industry. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company objectives and market opportunities


• Manage the company's digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, advertising, and promotional activities


• Create compelling marketing content, including copywriting, graphic design concepts, and multimedia materials


• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials and communications


• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences


• Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities


• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals


• Monitor and analyse marketing metrics and performance indicators to optimise campaigns and strategies


• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and media contacts


• Plan and execute marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline


• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or a similar marketing-focused role


• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies


• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and social media management


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay (additional languages are advantageous)


• Proficiency in marketing software, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions


• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and concepts


• Project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities


• Understanding of the jewellery industry is preferred but not essential


• Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
