About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team in Alor Setar, Kedah. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, managing the marketing team, and ensuring our brand message resonates with our target audience. This role is essential to achieving our strategic objectives and positioning PROWHEELS (M) SDN. BHD. as a market leader.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop, implement and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and business goals
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print and events
• Lead, mentor and manage the marketing team, providing direction, support and performance feedback
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and threats
• Manage marketing budgets, track spending and ensure optimal return on investment for all campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development and customer service to ensure cohesive brand messaging
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and KPIs, presenting regular reports to senior management
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications
• Organise and coordinate marketing events, sponsorships and promotional activities
• Build and maintain relationships with external marketing partners, agencies and vendors

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and successfully executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business results
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing and email marketing
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data interpretation to inform decision-making
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is preferred
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
