• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Influencer Marketing or Creator Partnerships.
• 1–2 years of leading or mentoring a team in influencer campaigns.
• Proven experience planning TikTok/Instagram campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience with nano to mega influencers in beauty, lifestyle, fashion or FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Assist the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Analyze marketing trends and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Oversee end-to-end influencer marketing process from identifying KOLs to briefs, relationships, and evaluating campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across campaigns and touchpoints while keeping the brand fresh for the target audience.
• Forecast growth and ROI of campaigns, aligning with product and business development goals.
• Supervise cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality of marketing materials.
• Lead brand initiatives including events, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
• Drive seeding strategies to amplify awareness, publicity, and engagement across platforms.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance with regular senior leadership reports.
• Manage budgets to maximize cost-effectiveness and performance.
• Champion innovation and leverage emerging platforms for brand visibility.
• Take on additional projects as assigned by leadership.
