Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Marketing Coordinator Intern for a 3-month program based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The intern will support the surgery portfolio from MedTech by executing marketing initiatives, analyzing data, and performing administrative tasks, while gaining exposure to healthcare marketing and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
• Able to commit to a 3-month internship program.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Experience in presentations, event coordination, or data analysis will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in daily administrative and coordination activities.

• Coordinate event logistics, including marketing materials, venue arrangements, and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, trackers, inventories, and customer records.
