Job summary

Teleperformance in Malaysia invites applications for a Marketing Intern to join the APAC Growth Marketing team. You will gain hands-on experience across campaign execution, events, content development, digital marketing, and marketing operations while collaborating with teams across Asia Pacific.

This 6-month internship offers a monthly allowance and potential extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Familiar with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with teams across different countries and time zones.
• Passionate about marketing, technology, and business growth.
• Proactive, curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events across APAC.
• Assist with content creation, email marketing, social media, and marketing communications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and regional teams to support timely project delivery.
• Support campaign tracking, reporting, lead management, and performance analysis.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, and marketing documentation.
• Leverage AI tools to support research, content development, project coordination, and productivity.
