Job summary

BizAdvisor Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a creative, proactive Marketing Intern to join our growing team. You'll assist in planning and creating educational content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms, develop content around finance, AI and SME growth, and help with simple graphics using Canva or PowerPoint.

Work closely with the Founder and Management Team to learn how a professional consultancy builds its brand, content, lead generation and business development

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable using Canva, PowerPoint and social media platforms.
• Willing to learn and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create educational content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.

• Create graphics, carousels, short videos and other social media content using Canva or similar tools.

What You'll Do

Content & Social Media

• Assist in planning and creating educational content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Develop content around finance, accounting, business growth, AI, fundraising and SME-related topics.
• Create simple graphics, carousels, short videos and other social media content using Canva or similar tools.
• Assist with short-form video/Reels/TikTok content.
• Repurpose existing business knowledge, presentations and articles into social media content.
• Maintain and update the company's content calendar.

Digital Marketing

• Assist with website content updates and basic SEO activities.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry research.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
• Monitor social media and campaign performance.
• Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, enquiries and leads.
• Prepare simple weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.

Business Development Support

• Assist in identifying potential leads and target customer segments.
• Conduct basic prospect and market research.
• Support lead-generation activities and campaigns.
• Assist with preparation of marketing materials, company profiles and presentations.
• Support webinars, networking events and business activities where required.

General

• Work closely with the Founder/Management Team to execute marketing initiatives.
• Bring new ideas and trends to improve BizAdvisor's online presence.
• Assist with other marketing and growth projects as required.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing aDiploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Communications, Media, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest indigital marketing, content creation and business growth.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable usingCanva, PowerPoint and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital content.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Basic knowledge ofAI toolsis an advantage.
• Video editing skills are an advantage.
