Job summary

DUMO Innovation is a Malaysian startup seeking a Marketing Intern to join a fast-paced team on a 3-month contract. You will plan and create content for multiple platforms, shoot/edit videos, write website posts, and help reach potential B2B customers.

An allowance is provided with commission for targets, and a hybrid, flexible work setup is offered. You will work directly with the founder, gaining real ownership and a strong portfolio as you contribute to DUMO SALES, an AI practice room for

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree student in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business or similar (or self-taught with a portfolio)
• Excellent written English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin a plus
• Comfortable on or behind camera with CapCut/Canva or similar tools
• Outgoing and confident: enjoy talking to people, on camera and off
• Creative: bring ideas and enjoy trying new formats
• Self-driven and able to work remotely with minimal supervision

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create social media content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu
• Shoot and edit short-form videos
• Write blog posts and guides for the website
• Help find and reach out to potential B2B customers (sales teams and SMEs)
• Track what works and report simple results weekly

About you

• Diploma/degree student in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business or similar (or self-taught with a portfolio)
