Key responsibilities

Creating engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing materials

Managing digital marketing activities including social media, online promotions, and advertising campaigns

Conducting market research to identify customer needs, trends, and growth opportunities

Collaborating with internal teams to develop promotional strategies and marketing plans

Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports to improve marketing effectiveness

Supporting company events, promotions, and branding activities

Maintaining strong communication with customers and partners to enhance brand relationships

About you

Prior experience in marketing, digital marketing, branding, or related fields

Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging marketing ideas

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different teams

Strong written and spoken English skills

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to create content and communicate with Chinese-speaking audiences is an advantage
