Marketing Executive/Senior Executive (Retail) role focused on retail marketing activities, campaign management, and stakeholder communication across retail locations.
Act as the primary point of contact for retail marketing activities, communicating progress, campaign updates, and requirements to relevant stakeholders and internal managers.
Monitor and audit retail marketing content regularly to ensure all physical touchpoints are up to date across all retail locations.
Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with retail marketing programs, initiatives, and events.
Support the planning and execution of effective retail marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and sales.
Assist in organizing and executing internal and external marketing events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
Work closely with in-house and external designers to develop and produce impactful marketing materials and POSM.
Collaborate and contribute creative ideas to the content marketing team to maximize overall brand awareness.
Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance and results against key metrics.
Oversee and monitor marketing premium items and merchandise inventory, including tracking stock levels at individual branches.
Liaise with and manage external suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in a retail marketing or event management role.
Demonstrated experience in retail marketing, specifically encompassing campaign planning, execution, and local store marketing.
Proven track record in successfully organizing and managing public events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional marketing team.
Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and keen attention to detail.
Able to work on weekends when required to support marketing events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
