Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields, at least 5 years of experience in marketing or promotions, and strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

The Marketing, Assistant Manager leads and executes integrated offline marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and business growth, while managing campaigns, roadshow and events.

Job Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events nationwide.

Oversee the production, printing, and distribution of marketing materials (POSM, brochures, banners, etc.) to all retail outlets.

Work closely with in-house designers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and timely delivery.

Support frontliners and retail teams with promotional campaigns and events.

Manage collaboration with banks, shopping malls, and business partners for joint marketing initiatives.

Track and monitor event and campaign execution, providing reports and insights to improve future activities.

Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Advertising or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, branding, or communications.

Experience in retail, events or promotional marketing will be an added advantage.

Able to work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and sales teams.
