Job summary

PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur is seeking a marketing professional to support the planning and execution of hotel marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms and digital content, and coordinate travel agent promotions. The Role

To support the planning and execution of hotel marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms and digital content, coordinate travel agent campaigns and promotional activities, handle guest communications related to hotel renovations, support photography, videography, and content creation, and work closely with hotel operations to ensure marketing initiatives align with the guest experience while driving brand awareness and revenue.
